M1 Concourse is redefining motorsports and entertainment experiences in Southeast Michigan with its new X Center, a 22,000-square-foot interactive venue broke ground on April 29 of this year. The new X Center marks a major milestone in M1 Concourse’s mission to create the preeminent motorsports experiential venue with something for everyone.
Located on the 87-acre motorsports campus in Pontiac, the X Center is anticipated to be a $30 million investment, adding to more than $200 million invested into M1 Concourse since its launch in 2016. The three-level facility will house cutting-edge simulators for racing, golf and shooting, a flagship restaurant, proprietary electric-powered race cars, e-gaming stations, a meeting space and unique motorsports-inspired experiences for all ages.

The venue also features 26 on-site, rentable garages, each incorporating a lounging area, bathroom, kitchenette and space to store, modify, and maintain their racing karts.
