American Speed Festival – A Celebration of Speed, Style and Spirit

The American Speed Festival is a spectacular tribute to the power, precision, and passion of motorsports.  Set against the backdrop of the M1 Circuit and private garage community, this multi-day festival brings together legendary race cars, celebrated drivers, and the next generation of automotive innovation.

With something for the entire family, there is no other event in the country where you can get this close to historic and modern race cars, rare classics, and groundbreaking prototypes.  Feel the roar as cars take to the track for high-speed demonstration runs, stroll the paddock to inspect every detail, and meet the drivers and engineers behind the machines.

This year, M1 welcomes the two-time winner of the Indianapolis 500, racing legend, Al Unser, Jr., who will be celebrated as the 2025 Master of Motorsports award recipient.

From heritage displays and interactive exhibits to gourmet food, kid’s activities, and live entertainment, American Speed Festival is a dynamic blend of nostalgia and performance that captures the heart of automotive culture. Don’t just watch history—experience it in motion.

Want to Compete?

M1 Concourse brings the thrill of timed racing to the track. Open to the public, drivers will compete in the Stiletto Shootout (women) and the ASF Challenge Cup. The drivers with the fastest time will have a podium appearance on Sunday, October 5, accompanied by a trophy and a champagne celebration.

The ASF Challenge Cup is an exciting race against the clock on our 1.5 M1 Circuit and is open to any experienced, high performance driver. Competitors will provide their own car for competition and must pass tech inspection.  The best scores in each class will determine the winners to be honored at Sunday’s podium trophy award ceremony.
