-Dynamic Events Waiver-
The Exhibitor agrees to complete the liability release form (not affixed to this waiver) for track activities prior to partaking in any dynamic events. Nothing herein shall be modified unless consented to by M1 Senior Staff in writing. Both parties agree all disagreements will be decided by arbitration in the state where the show is produced.

-Dynamic Events Waiver-
The Exhibitor agrees to complete the liability release form (not affixed to this waiver) for track activities prior to partaking in any dynamic events. Neither M1 Concourse, sponsors of the event, nor any related parties, or the owner of the facilities at which the show is produced, shall be responsible or liable in any way for any loss, injury, death or damage that may occur.

-Overbooking Policy-
All shows are necessarily overbooked. In such cases where space is not available for an entry already accepted to the show, M1 Concourse will have sole authority to recant acceptance and deny entry. Acceptance must be retracted via the contact information supplied on this form by M1 Concourse no later than 14 days before the show date which the Exhibitor has been accepted for. Exhibitors who have been eliminated from the show will be refunded any monies paid to M1 Concourse relating to their entry, upon request.

-Final authority on display location-

-Vehicle shall not be removed-
Once the exhibitor’s display and/or vehicle are set up in the show, they shall not be removed or concealed by the exhibitor prior to the end of the show without the permission or direction of M1 Concourse Senior staff.

-Loss and damage / liability-
Neither M1 Concourse, sponsors of the event, nor any related parties, or the owner of the facilities at which the show is produced, shall be responsible or liable in any way for any loss or damage to all or any part of the Exhibitor, spouse, and guests of the Exhibitor’s personal property, or injury which may occur on or off site. The exhibitor hereby waives any and all rights they may have against them for such loss or damage. Exhibitors agree to obtain insurance covering the above and assume full responsibility for any loss or damage. Exhibitors agree that this signed entry supersedes any and all prior and/or contemporaneous agreements and understandings whether written or oral between Exhibitor and M1 Concourse, M1 Concourse’s employees, show staff, representatives and sub-contractors. Nothing herein shall be modified unless consented to by M1 Senior Staff in writing. Both parties agree all disagreements will be decided by arbitration in the state where the show is produced.

-Advertising and visual standards-
No commercial advertising is allowed with entries unless they are appearing in conjunction with paid commercial space. M1 Concourse and Event Staff shall reserve the right to have any items removed that are deemed unsightly or for commercial or advertising purposes.
