Join us for the first open track day of 2018, on April 29th. Open to the public. Limited to 65 participants. Cost $295.
Registration will CLOSE Friday, April 27th at 5PM.
*This event is subject to weather conditions and a minimum threshold of participants in order to take place. If the event is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.
Gates Open: 7:00am
Tech Sheet Turn In: 7:00am-9:00am
Drivers Meeting: 8:30am
Track Opens: 9:00am
Lunch: 12:00 Noon
Track Closes: 6:00pm
Upon arriving at the track, drivers will proceed to the sign-in table under the event tent to check-in, sign any necessary waivers, receive their wristband, and turn in the vehicle tech inspection form.
Please be sure to bring a helmet, open- or closed-face (open-face is better for general track day use). There will NOT be helmets available at the track.
Please wear closed toe shoes, no sandals.
M1 Concourse reserves the right and sole discretion to prohibit any vehicles from driving on the Champion Motor Speedway that exceed the noise limits set by our facility. If you have questions or concerns, please email the M1 team prior to registration.
Instructors will be on hand to help drivers progress at their own comfort level. Lead-follow and ride-along will be possible as well as the instructors driving students to help with proper driving line and technique.
Lunch will be provided.
No alcohol is permitted on site during the event.
Fuel is available at the Sunoco gas station on the North East corner of Woodward and South Blvd.
Drivers are advised stay within their limits, learn from some great driving coaches, and have a safe and fun day.
After registering, the Track Director will send you a vehicle tech sheet and greater details regarding the event approximately one week before the start date.
Spectators are $5. All spectator fees will go to charity. Currently, no seating is provided.
Due to the limited number of spots available, all Open Track Day purchases are final. This event will be held rain or shine. Activities may be delayed if it is necessary to wait out severe weather.
